Methodology

Citable facts for procurement and search — not vendor marketing scores.

Overall evidence score

The overall evidence score (0–100) is a weighted index of 13 manifest subtable scores (pricing transparency, EMR integration, and each subsection of the feature matrix). Each subtable contributes equally. It measures how much verifiable public information exists to support a decision. It is not a clinical safety or ambient note-quality rating.

Formula: overall = Σ (subtable % × weight). Each subtable % = (✓ count + 0.5 × ◐ count) ÷ scored cells. Rankings sub-labels show weighted points (e.g. 11/12 or 10.5/12), not ✓ count alone.

Clinical benchmarks

Note-quality testing (JMIR-style encounters, PDQI-9, template fidelity) lives on Benchmarks. Pillar scores reward documentation and transparency; benchmarks reward measured note quality when we publish them.
